Brett Lyons, Certified Maine Assessor / Field Inspector
Brett began working as a Lister for RCS in the spring of 2024 and has been involved in the revaluation work for the towns of Holden, Cherryfield, Franklin and Hampden. He was born and raised in Lubec, Maine and is an avid outdoorsman and family man. He graduated from Maine Maritime Academy as a Power Engineer in 2014 before becoming a full-time firefighter for the City of Bangor in 2022. Brett obtained his Certified Maine Assessor certification in the fall of 2023 and has been a proud member of RCS Assessment Services ever since.
