David O’Neill, Field Inspector
David began working as a Lister for RCS in the spring of 2024. He has been involved with the revaluation work for the towns of Holden, Cherryfield, Franklin and Hampden. Originally from Memphis, TN, David moved to Maine eight years ago. He is a Firefighter/Paramedic for the City of Bangor, and an Air Force Veteran. David deployed twice to Iraq, in 2009 and 2011. He is married with two children.
