Josh Pelletier, Field Inspection Manager

Josh joined the RCS team in the summer of 2025.  He grew up in Bucksport, Maine and moved to Hermon in 2015 where he currently resides with his wife and two children.  After graduating from UMO in 2007, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, he started what turned into an 18-year career in Paper Manufacturing Operations.  He brings with him project management experience to help plan and execute revaluation projects.  Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family and friends doing most things outdoors that Maine has to offer.  He also volunteers as a middle school wrestling coach.
