Lil Smith, Certified Maine Assessor

Lil began working at RCS as an Assessor/Appraiser in 2014. She has 47 years of experience working as an Assistant Assessor/Appraisal Tech for the municipalities of Old Town, Hermon, Veazie, Orono, and Bangor. She has been a Certified Maine Assessor since 1996. 

Lil will be involved in the data entry of the process and quality control.
